It is normal facing change to experience confusion, anger, anxiety, depression, or self-doubt. From loss to relationship disruptions, I am passionate about helping people navigate complex life transitions. Working with me means I will help you process your current experiences, relationships, and behavioral patterns, as well as the stories and narratives you hold about yourself. We will uncover stuck points to help you better identify and access the inner strength, clarity, and purpose that already exists within you. We will process the tough stuff just as much as we will celebrate your wins. I love to laugh with my clients and am driven by relentless curiosity and compassion to help my clients feel seen and appreciated for who they are and what they are going through.

I am a psychodynamic, relational therapist with a focus on the mind-body connection. I strive to create a non-judgmental and genuine therapeutic environment that is relationship-based and conversational. I offer in-person therapy in Manhattan and virtual services. I also offer walk and talk therapy in Central Park upon availability and seasonality.
